To prevent market saturation, We reserve the right to restrict the number of vendors in each category. Furthermore, We prohibit dropshipping, requiring that all goods offered for sale must be primarily created by You or a small business with which You have a personal relationship.

You must abide by Our separate Prohibited Items Policy and Prohibited Activities Policy.

2.2 Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

While You may use AI as part of Your creative process, You must not offer goods or services that are primarily created by AI. Prohibited goods and services created primarily by AI include, but are not limited to:

(a) AI-generated imagery or music.

(b) AI-generated e-books or other text.

(c) AI avatar chat.

2.3 Seller Responsibility for Legality

You are responsible for ensuring that Your goods and services are legal in all jurisdictions. If You wish to offer goods and services outside Your home state or country, You are responsible for determining whether that offering is legal.

3. Performer Consent for Adult Content

3.1 Consent and Age Verification

If Your content includes adult material, You must obtain the consent of all performers involved. You must also supply Us with the necessary documentation to verify their consent and age, including compliance with USC 2257 requirements.

4. Financial and External Commerce Responsibilities

5.1 Product Offering and Accuracy

Sellers must not offer products they are unable to provide in a timely manner. Products must be described clearly and accurately, and this description must include all options and variants.

5.2 Required Seller Policies

Sellers must maintain and clearly communicate clear policies for the following areas:

(a) Shipping, including costs, methods, insurance, and expected delivery times.

(b) Prepayments and down payments.

(c) Order cancellation terms.

(d) Returns and return shipping.

5.3 Fulfillment and Communication

Sellers must provide up-to-date and accurate information to purchasers. You must fulfill orders in a timely manner. Goods must be shipped in an appropriate manner, using appropriate packaging and shipping methods. We recommend that high value goods should be insured in transit.

Sellers must address buyer concerns in a timely and respectful manner. Where appropriate, Sellers must offer cancellations, refunds, or replacements. You agree to abide by any decisions made by The Company regarding.

You agree to abide by any decisions made by The Company regarding the Service, and your use of it. This specifically includes, but is not limited to:

(b) Your User Content and anything you post on the Service.
