1. Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service only as these Terms allow. Without our prior written approval, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including those prohibiting sex trafficking; intellectual‑property laws (e.g., making or distributing infringing copies, removing rights notices); defamation and obscenity laws; and statutes protecting privacy, publicity, or data.

  • Download User Content unless a clear in‑product control authorizes it.

  • Use ad‑blocking tools to avoid permitted advertisements.

  • Disobey or evade lawful court orders.

  • Access the Service if you are, or are required to be, a registered sex offender.

  • Post User Content that is harmful, harassing, threatening, vulgar, violent, inflammatory, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us.

  • Publish hate speech targeting protected classes or calling for exclusion/segregation, except where self‑referential or empowering without intent to harm.

  • Depict Illegal activity including actual, claimed, or role-played: exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under the age of 18; incest; bestiality; necrophilia; kidnapping; non-consensual themes; torture; extreme fisting; genital mutilation; urine consumption; blood, scat, vomit, or prolapse; prostitution or trafficking (including coded references); non‑consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”); illegal drugs; suicide or self‑harm; or other unlawful conduct; rape; sexual assault; any content or conduct that promotes terrorism.

  • Depict any person under 18 or fail to maintain ID/consent documentation for all depicted adults.

  • Sexualize, promote, publicly fantasize about the following topics: snuff, necrophilia, cannibalism, and zoophilia/bestiality, murder, animal abuse, and any activities involving minors. 

  • The Platform may permit textual or audiovisual discourse concerning sensitive or prohibited topics solely for academic, harm-reduction, legal, or survivor-support purposes (collectively, “Non-Erotic Discourse”). The availability of Non-Erotic Discourse does not constitute endorsement, approval, or normalization of the underlying conduct.

  • Users are strictly prohibited from presenting such topics in any sexual, erotic, fetish, fantasy, titillating, or role-play context, including but not limited to: suggestive language, sexual tags/keywords, erotic thumbnails, moans or sexual audio, sexualized costuming/props, or editing/styles that imply arousal. The Platform may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful material at its discretion.

  • Post with the intent to extort removal fees from third parties.

  • Run sweepstakes/lotteries/regulated promotions without authorization.

  • Publish employment ads that violate anti‑discrimination rules.

  • Sell access to third‑party social accounts in breach of those platforms’ terms.

  • Collect or post personal data (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, locations) without consent, or use materials for outside commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.

  • Use AI to create photorealistic or lifelike humans, to interact with users without human oversight, or to pass off AI output as authentic human performance.

  • Include alcohol or substance that inhibits the ability to consent in adult content.

  • Post, upload, or share User Content that advertises or solicits the sale or purchase of soiled articles of clothing.

  • Use graphic nudity in profile avatars/banners where prohibited by policy.

  • Impersonate others, misstate affiliation, access accounts without permission, or conduct similar fraud.

  • Send unsolicited sexual content or otherwise objectify users non‑consensually; use emojis/GIFs to circumvent rules.

  • Engage in antisocial behavior (spam, flooding, trolling, griefing) or harassment.

  • Manipulate the platform (traffic/engagement inflation via bots or other fraud).

  • Upload or distribute malware, spyware, logic bombs, or other harmful code; interfere with security features; or attempt to circumvent technical protections.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where permitted by law.

  • Scrape, spider, or use automated means to access substantial portions of the Service, aside from bona fide search indexing or our express permission.

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivatives of the Service where prohibited by law.

  • Commercially exploit or frame/mirror the Service without permission.

  • Place unreasonable load on infrastructure or otherwise abuse resources.

  • Attempt, assist, or enable others to do any of the above.

1.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

QuinkyPeople.com forbids any content involving minors. Only visual media of consenting adults for consenting adults is permitted. If you encounter material that appears to depict minors—real or simulated—engaged in sexual activity, you must promptly report it to compliance@QuinkyPeople.com with relevant URLs, timestamps, and context. 

1.3 Prostitution or Sex Trafficking


Soliciting, promoting, or facilitating prostitution or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Service, including via outbound links. Violations may result in account deletion, forfeiture of balances, and referral to authorities.

2 Violations of Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized use of our systems may violate multiple laws. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, termination, forfeiture or redirection of revenue to affected users, and pursuit of civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies. 

We investigate reports and cooperate with law enforcement. We may immediately suspend or terminate any involved accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement. We may disclose relevant information as legally required to assist investigations.

3 Additional Prohibited Uses for Creators 

Creators must act in the platform’s and community’s best interests on and off the Service. Without our written consent, a Creator must not: 

(a) mislead users about paid content; 

(b) coordinate payment with compromised instruments; 

(c) present recorded content as a live stream; 

(d) break lawful representations made to Fans; 

(e) record or broadcast sexual activity from unlawful locations or public places where nudity is illegal or visible to the unwitting public; 

(f) disclose others’ personal information;

 (g) solicit or accept sex‑for‑travel or sex‑for‑lodging transactions; or 

(h) harass, disparage, or defame the Company or our users, or make false or misleading statements about the Company.

Any involvement in a Prohibited Use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may lead to the immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may, but are not obligated to, withhold or revoke any payments or revenue generated through conduct that violates these Terms, including issuing refunds to affected Users where appropriate.

We may take any legal or equitable action available to us—including civil claims, criminal referral, injunctive relief, and permanent account closure—if you engage in any Prohibited Use or otherwise misuse the Platform. Unauthorized use of the Platform or our systems violates these Terms and may also breach applicable federal, state, international, and foreign laws.

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change these Terms and associated policies or procedures from time to time with or without prior notification.
