QuinkyPeople User Policy
1. General Provisions
All persons using or viewing QuinkyPeople.com must agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you may not view the site or use any part of the Service.
Access to the Service is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts at any time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and associated policies or procedures from time to time with or without prior notification.
1.1 Prohibition of Minors
QuinkyPeople.com is designed for consenting adults only. You must (i) be at least eighteen (18) years old and (ii) have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use the Service. Anyone who does not meet these thresholds must not visit, register for, or use the Service. We actively prohibit access by minors.
1.2 User Certifications
By registering, you certify that:
(a) all registration/profile information and User Content are truthful, accurate, and yours to provide;
(b) you are responsible for all actions that occur under your account, will log out after sessions, and will use extra caution on shared devices;
(c) you will keep credentials secure and immediately notify support@quinkypeople.com of unauthorized access or security incidents;
(d) you have not had a prior account suspended or terminated for Terms violations;
(e) you are not, or are not required to be, a registered sex offender;
(f) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any embargoed country or on any U.S. government denied‑party list;
(g) you will not export or re‑export the Service or any related software or technical data in violation of U.S. or other applicable export laws;
(h) you will not access the Service from any location where such material is illegal;
(i) you will not use unapproved third‑party processors to accept payments relating to the Service;
(j) you register for personal use and will not sell, rent, or transfer your account; and
(k) if using the Service on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that entity and grant all licenses required by these Terms.
1.3 Age‑Assurance Measures
We may employ age‑assurance technologies including but not limited to machine‑learning risk signals, document verification, selfie liveness checks, and manual review to assess eligibility and prevent underage access, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
1.4 Members of the Media
By using the Service, you certify you are accessing for personal enjoyment and not as a journalist or investigator. Any media or academic/investigative use requires our prior written permission. You will not publish, disclose, or otherwise jeopardize the privacy or identities of users or Creators without express written consent from the affected parties and the Company.
2. Accounts
2.1 Fans
Users create accounts by providing a valid email, username, and password or through supported social login. To purchase Subscriptions, à la carte content, or to tip, a valid payment method must be associated with the account. Payment credentials are handled by third‑party processors; QuinkyPeople.com does not store full payment card data.
2.2 Creators and vendors
Creators and vendors must complete onboarding and are approved at our discretion. To receive payouts, creators and vendors must supply a supported payout method and required legal/tax information (e.g., W‑9 for U.S. persons or forms applicable in their country). Earnings are paid to the designated account via our payout partners or bank wire.
Where permitted by law and as part of verification or fraud prevention, we (or our contractors) may collect, store, and maintain biometric identifiers from verification media (for example, facial geometry from an ID selfie) solely to confirm identity and eligibility, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
2.3 Deactivation
You may deactivate your account at any time in account settings. Deactivation may not automatically remove content where retention is required by law, investigations, or legitimate business needs (e.g., fraud prevention, chargeback defense, tax/audit requirements).
2.4 Registration & Privacy Acknowledgments; Ownership of Registrations
By registering, you acknowledge and consent to the Privacy Policy. You may review and update certain personal data in your account settings as described there. Account registrations, usernames, and identifiers are owned by the Company; you receive a revocable permission to use them while compliant with these Terms.
2.5 Inactive Status
If you do not log in for twelve (12) consecutive months, your account becomes inactive. While inactive, we reserve the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero. We do not charge your card for inactivity fees. Logging in halts future deductions but does not restore deducted amounts.
2.6 Access Prerequisites
You are responsible for obtaining internet access, compatible hardware/software, and navigating to quinkypeople.com to use the Service. Network charges and equipment costs are your responsibility.
2.7 Profiles
Profiles are subject to reasonable bandwidth and advertising limits. Do not post phone numbers or physical street addresses in public profile fields. Maintain your own backups of profile content; we are not responsible for loss of data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue profile features at any time. Profiles must comply with these Terms and must not infringe intellectual‑property rights.
2.8 Storage & Data Retention
We may impose storage limits per user and may delete or archive stored content after extended inactivity, consistent with the Privacy Policy and law.
