1. Seller Payment Setup and Processing

1.1 Payment Method Setup

When you create your Seller account, You need to set up a valid payment method. To validate your chosen method, We may issue a small payment to it.

1.2 Fund Holding and Completion

Once We receive payment from a buyer, We will hold those funds until the sale is completed. Upon completion, your payment will be put into your Wallet, minus any applicable deductions.

1.3 Definition of Completed Sale

A sale is deemed completed at the following times, depending on the type of transaction:

(a) For digital goods: when the buyer downloads or accesses the item.

(b) For live services: upon completion of the session.

(c) For physical goods: when the order is marked as fulfilled.

(d) For tips: immediately.

(e) For prepayments & down payments: immediately.

(f) For affiliate fees: 30 days after the Seller receives payment.

1.4 Deductions and Commissions

You will receive the sale value less the following deductions:

(a) Our commission: This amount is normally 15% of the price of the goods or services plus any shipping fees.

(b) Affiliate commissions: These fees will be automatically deducted and placed into the affiliate’s Wallet.

1.5 Canceled Orders

If the buyer cancels an order before the completion of the sale, the payment will not be put into your Wallet, and We will issue a refund directly to the buyer.

2. Taxes and Responsibility

We will collect sales taxes on your behalf only if We are instructed to do so. Any payment deposited into your Wallet will include any sales taxes collected by Us on your behalf. It is your responsibility to determine whether you need to collect taxes in each jurisdiction where you conduct business.

3. Wallet Withdrawals

3.1 Withdrawal Requirements and Limits

You can withdraw the money held in your Wallet to your selected payment methods at any time. However, there is a minimum withdrawal amount; if the balance in your Wallet is less than this minimum, you cannot withdraw it.

3.2 Transfer Timing and Support

Transfers will normally be completed within 7 business days or less. Please note that transfer times may be dependent on the payment processors, international banking regulations, and other factors outside of our control. If you do not receive funds within 7 business days, you must contact support@quinkypeople.com.

4. Prepayments and Down Payments

4.1 Requirements for Prepayments

For custom or special orders that may involve an up-front cost to You, you may require a prepayment or down payment.

(a) Down payments should normally be no more than 50% of the total purchase price.

(b) Prepayments may be required up to 100% of the purchase price.

4.2 Buyer Expectations

You must clearly communicate whether or not prepayments or down payments are refundable if the buyer cancels the order before completion. Additionally, you must make it clear when the buyer can expect to receive their final order.

5. Refunds

5.1 Buyer Eligibility for Refunds

Buyers may be able to request a refund within 30 days under the following circumstances:

(a) Physical goods were not delivered or were damaged in transit.

(b) Goods or services were not as described.

(c) Goods or services were not of satisfactory quality.

(d) Prepaid orders were not delivered on time.

5.2 Seller Responsibility

You are responsible for paying all refunds. We advise you to keep sufficient funds in your Wallet until you are sure that a refund will not be required. If you are in doubt regarding a dispute, you should consult our dispute policy or contact support@quinkypeople.com.

6. Third-Party Payments

6.1 Co-creators and Other Third Parties

We will make payments only to the Wallet of the seller whose account is offering the goods or services. Sellers are responsible for paying co-creators and any other third parties. We will not get involved in payment disputes that occur between sellers, co-creators, or other third parties.

6.2 Affiliates

We will assess the affiliate fee upon the completion of a sale, and We will deposit that payment directly into the affiliate’s Wallet after 30 days.

7 Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change these Terms and associated policies or procedures from time to time with or without prior notification.
