1. Curated Service
We reserve the right to moderate the Service as we see fit. This may include:
Permanent or temporary removal of content
Permanent or temporary removal of items from sale
Permanent or temporary restriction, suspension or termination of user accounts
We may, at any time and for any reason, demote or terminate your account, and demote, remove, or refuse to publish any User Content, with or without prior notice.
1.1 Moderation
Your User Content must comply with our Terms and all applicable payment processor rules.
We reserve the right to use automated tools or human moderators as necessary to preserve the integrity of the service.
We will also respond to reports of User Content that violate our terms.
1.2 Prescreening
User Content may be pre-screened before it is published on the service.
2 Appeals
You can appeal a moderation decision by contacting support@quinkypeople.com. We will normally respond within three business days. Please state:
(i) What content or account was removed or restricted
(ii) The date on which this occurred
(iii) What communications you received from us about it (if any)
(iv) Why you think this decision was incorrect
(v) Include screenshots of the relevant content if possible
You must notify us within 30 days of the content or account being removed or restricted.
You agree to abide by the outcome of the appeal.
3. Other Platform Moderation
As a general matter, we do not moderate or take action based solely on conduct that occurs on other platforms or offline, except where required by law or where it affects the safety or integrity of the Service or the Company.
4. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms and associated policies or procedures from time to time with or without prior notification.
